Noelle began her passion for beads at an early age travelling through the Southwest and discovering native American trade beads. She collected them over the years and started stringing them together for gifts. She still holds turquoise to be among her most important stone. Recently, however, she has been experimenting with the combination of turquoise and semi precious and precious stones. "It's the constant ability to design and play with these combinations that I find most exciting."

You will see by the color Noelle uses in both her jewelry making and her tile making that she is facinated with turquoise and corals being brought together. She likes to see the colors "pop" rather than simply fall away.
